This leisure hotel is on site Facing Zao ski run. It was designed as environment friendly architecture along undulating land. Various facilities such as hot springs facilities, approx 20 guestrooms, restaurants, and rental skis were arranged as an integrated building, and the building is harmonized with the townscape. It also acts as a bus station at the winter season, and plays the role as the touristic center of the entire sightseeing area.
