This program intends to develop execution capacity of engineers and public officials in Indonesian administrative organizations. The program was applied to the Mamminasata metropolitan area, which locates Sulawesi island in eastern region of Indonesia. The area has 2 million populations and it was designated special area
of national development. It is expected to apply strategic development for the area and to solve urban problems, such as urban sprawl, bad living environment and insufficient public services. Corresponding to these urban issues, the program focuses capacity development on urban management matters. The program transferred technical knowledge about following subjects through collaborative works, on job trainings (OJT) and "Training of Trainers (ToT)" scheme.
