This project intends to develop "Regional Development Master Plan for Kabul Metropolitan Area (2008-09, JICA/ RECS, 9steps)" into detail urban development plan. Under this project, development program of working capacity of engineers in administrative organization (DCDA) about urban planning and management was executed as on job training for local resources. The project focuses spatial improvement in current capital city and new town development in surrounding area. Through the project, following matters are formulated.
