We planned New urban center of Kyzylorda city, Kazakhstan. Inheriting urban planning philosophy of the late Dr. Kisho KUROKAWA, ideas of "Symbiosis with culture and natural environment", "Metabolic urban function" and "Ring shape traffic system" were applied for the creation of "Neo-Urban Space". The plan proposes new urban space with new life style for the city in the international context.

Ring roads linking the new urban area to the existing area will be
planned around the central park. Principal facilities of administration,
culture and public services are placed on the three layers of the ring
roads which realize linkage of district in both the new urban area and
the existing area.
